About Me
Cj Cleveland, RN
I'm a former Division I college football player who learned early that talent alone doesn't win, routine does. That lesson followed me through two bachelor's degrees (Kinesiology and Nursing), into hospitals where I work as a RN, and into my home where I am a husband of 9 years and a father of three.
I spent my career studying human performance from every angle: on the football field, in the classroom, and in the hospital. And what I've found is the people who are struggling the most aren't lazy, they're overwhelmed. They're high achievers who never built a system to match their ambition. That's exactly who I coach.
Through the "Routine Reset Program", I work with God-fearing, driven men who are successful on paper but feel stuck in their daily lives. Men who are ready to stop white-knuckling their goals and start building the discipline that makes success inevitable.
