All Sales Final
Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, all sales of athletic products are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for any products purchased through our store, except in the specific circumstances outlined below.
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.

Exceptions (Damaged or Defective Items Only):
We only issue refunds or replacements if the item you received is fundamentally damaged, defective, or if we made an error in fulfillment (e.g., sent the wrong size or color).
If your item falls into one of these categories, please follow the steps below:

Contact Us Immediately: You must contact our customer service team within 5 business days of receiving your order at info@cjcleveland.fit or through our website's contact form.

Provide Proof: Please include your order number and clear photos of the damaged or defective product so we can assess the issue.

Return Authorization: If the damage is confirmed, we will provide instructions and an authorized return. We will cover the return shipping costs for confirmed defective items.

Resolution: Upon receiving the defective item in its original condition (unworn, with all tags attached), we will promptly send a replacement at no extra cost or issue a full refund to your original payment method, as per your preference.
Training
Non-Refundable Policy:
All payments for Training Services are non-refundable except in the specific circumstances outlined below. By signing the training agreement and submitting payment, the client acknowledges and agrees to this non-refund policy.
Exceptions to the Non-Refundable Policy:

Online Course is Defective or Unusable: If technical issues prevent the user from accessing the course material, and these issues cannot be resolved in a timely manner, a refund is warranted.

Course is Significantly Different from its Description: If the content, quality, or nature of the course does not match what was advertised in marketing materials, the customer is entitled to a refund.

Failure to Deliver the Service: If we are unable to provide the course or a specific, promised component of the course (e.g., promised course materials or support), a refund is warranted.

Duplicate Purchase/Billing Error: If a customer is charged twice due to a processing error, one of the charges should be fully refunded.
Speaking
Non-Refundable Policy:
All payments for speaking engagements are non-refundable except in the specific circumstances outlined below. By signing the speaking agreement and submitting payment, the client acknowledges and agrees to this non-refund policy.
Exceptions to the Non-Refundable Policy:

Event Cancellation by the Client (for reasons other than the Speaker's failure to perform):​​

A full refund of all fees paid for that specific engagement, processed within [e.g., 14] business days.

A credit for a future event or rescheduling the engagement for a mutually agreeable date.

In such cases, the Speaker's liability is limited only to the refund of the fees received, and the Speaker is not liable for any other costs or losses incurred by the Client (e.g., travel, accommodation, or promotional expenses).

Event Cancellation by the Speaker (Due to Unforeseen Circumstances):If, for any reason, the Speaker is unable to attend or perform at the booked event (e.g., illness, family emergency, or other force majeure events), the Client will be offered the choice of either:

Event Cancellation Due to Force Majeure:

Neither the Speaker nor the Client shall be held liable for failure to meet their obligations if such failure is a direct result of an event outside their reasonable control (e.g., natural disaster, government regulations, pandemic). In such a scenario, both parties will work together to reschedule the engagement or offer a credit for a future date. A full refund may be issued at the speaker's discretion, depending on the specific terms agreed in the contract.

How to Request a Refund or Cancellation:
All requests for cancellation or rescheduling must be submitted in writing (via email info@cjcleveland.fit) as soon as the need arises. The date of the written notification will be the official date of cancellation. -
